3DMark, the famous benchmark solution designed by Futuremark, is also available on Windows 8.1 devices, allowing users to determine the maximum performance of their tablets with ease.

A new version of the application was officially rolled out today and brings the possibility to compare your score with other Windows 8 tablets using the Device Channel screen.

Still, not all devices are included in this new option, so users are recommended to compare their scores with items listed in the Device Channel menu.

“People rely on Futuremark benchmarks to produce accurate and unbiased results. Devices with suspicious benchmarks scores have been delisted from the Device Channel. You should not use scores from delisted devices to compare devices,” the developing team said in a quick note.

The application is only aimed at tablets running the new Windows 8.1 and cannot be used for desktop PCs or laptops, so download 3DMark right now to measure the performance of your device.
