Adobe today rolled out a new beta build of Flash Player

Adobe yesterday released a new stable build of Flash Player in order to fix the vulnerabilities it found in the application recently, but today it's the turn of a new beta to see daylight.

Adobe Flash Player 14.0.0.101 Beta is supposed to allow developers a chance to try out the feature lineup of the next stable build a bit earlier, so it's not quite a version aimed at end users who want to install it on production machines.

Of course, it also brings a number of fixes and performance improvements over the previous builds, so in case you've already installed the beta and found some flaws, this is the right moment to update.

As far as the stable release that was officially launched yesterday, my fellow colleague Eduard Kovacs writes that the found vulnerabilities were considered critical and some have been disclosed by French security research company VUPEN at the 2014 Pwn2Own competition.

Obviously, everyone is recommended to get the stable build as soon as possible to make sure that their computers are completely protected, while developers can download Adobe Flash Player 14.0.0.101 Beta right now to receive the new improvements and fix any bugs that might exist in your existing beta installation.
