14 DAY TRIAL // Today Alcohol Soft released a new version for their disc burning and drive emulation software, Alcohol 120%. It is not a major revision, but it brings to the table plenty of novelties and improvements as well as fixes.
Alcohol 120% 2.0.2 comes with support for Windows 8 Consumer Preview, improves reading and writing engines, and integrates real time optical drives support.
Components such as SPTD (SCSI Pass Through Direct) and VDriver have been updated and both support the latest version of Windows 8. Also refreshed are Alcohol audio converter, the installation script for Automount Service and the language files.
The new build also brings anti-virus/firewall fix for internal setup error and solves the problem with opening Xtra Wizard Window.
