Now that Windows 8 is officially released, both early adopters and those who have already purchased a copy can start installing Windows Store apps.

Angry Birds Space for example is one of the newest and the most popular apps listed in the Store today, as Windows 8 users can download and play the famous iOS and Android game too.

Of course, it’s not available for free, but instead you have to pay $4.99 (€3.8) for the downloadable version.

The new Angry Birds version from Rovio can be installed not only on the desktop version of Windows 8, but also on the Surface tablet, as it comes with support for ARM processors.

The only thing you have to do is launch the Windows Store and search for “Angry Birds.” Windows 8 takes care of everything else.
