Defraggler received an update recently, to version 2.15. This is a minor release but the developer included significant changes that touch on overall performance and functionality of the application.

Modifications that touch on performance refer to optimization of the Analyze and Defrag options for all supported operating systems.

Handling of locked and read-only drives has been improved as well as management of drives that are not mounted.

The developer also worked on improving the context menu defrag features and added fresh information into the application: File List now makes available columns showing the file type and the last modified date. Progress information is now available in Boot-time Defrag.

Starting this build, users will be able to view additional drive details. Minor fixes and improvements are available in this revision as well.

Defraggler is available for download as a portable application.
