There are plenty of solitaire games available in the Store right now, some of which could provide a great touch experience, but here’s one that’s at least worth a try.

Called FreeCell Collection and available with a $1.49 (€1.10) price tag, the game packs four different game modes, namely FreeCell, FreeCell Two Decks, Baker’s Game and Eight Off.

Just as expected, it works like a charm on all Windows 8 versions, so you can either play with a mouse on a desktop computer running the x86 or x64 version of the new operating system, or using touch on a Windows RT tablet.

The aforementioned price tag shouldn’t be such a big problem, but a trial version is also available for download in case you wish to give the game a shot before buying it.
