14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just rolled out a brand new theme for users of its newest OS versions, so if you're looking into how to customize your desktop, this might actually be a very good way to do it.
The so-called Hot Air Balloons theme comes with a collection of 9 different wallpapers that can fit the desktop of both desktops and tablets running Windows 8.1. It can also be installed on Windows RT devices, such as Microsoft's very own Surface RT.

Just like it's the case of any other theme launched by Microsoft, all wallpapers are packed in a single file that automatically deploys the necessary files in the right places and then brings up the personalization screen to allow you to easily customize the desktop background.
