14 DAY TRIAL // Piriform just released a new update for Recuva, their recovery software for deleted files. The fresh version of the application has a short change log that announces overall improvements.
Recuva 1.47 now features the possibility to filter by file type in the Deep Scan mode and should be better at detecting removable storage devices.
The list of changes informs of optimizations as far as memory usage is concerned and an improvement for the creating VHD images (feature available only in the Pro edition of the program).
Users accustomed to the application should notice that the developer reorganized the context menu items.
