Microsoft today rolled out a new Skype version for Windows users, so all those running the VoIP client right now should get the fresh build as soon as possible.

The company hasn’t yet provided a change log for this build, but it’s safe to assume that Skype 6.14 comes to fix bugs and performance issues in the Windows client, which means that a minor improvement should be noticed after deploying the update.

Just like the previous builds, Skype 6.14 works on all Windows versions currently on the market, starting with the ancient XP and ending with the newly-launched 8.1 in both 32- and 64-bit versions.

Overall, all users are strongly recommended to get the new build as soon as possible, so download Skype 6.14 for Windows right now to see what’s new.
