This new build of the alpha release comes with several fixes that concern the auto shutdown/restart option, the duplicate entries in the torrent download listview and the hash failures on slow media writing big files.
Since it's still an alpha, uTorrent 3.4 Build 29741 does let you check out the next features that could be implemented in a future release of the BitTorrent client, but performance issues are very likely to occur while using the app.
