In the past couple of days, users of the experimental version of Dropbox have benefited from two updates that polish overall functionality of the application.

Builds 2.5.43 and 2.5.45 bring to the table a few repairs, mostly for the build for the Windows operating system.

Under special circumstances, upgrading from version 2.4 of the program resulted in un-linking; the conditions that had to be met for this glitch to manifest consisted of previously running Dropbox 2.5 and then downgrading.

Another bug that occurred on Windows related to the installation procedure and consisted of showing a dialog that incorrectly informed that the admin rights had not been not granted.

For the Mac release, the developer announced that the screenshots bug occurring under multi-monitor conditions has been eliminated.

The latest revision for Dropbox Experimental is 2.5.45 and it is currently available for Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
