EagleGet, a simple and free download manager, received a fresh update, to build 1.1.0.6, which brings to the table some optimizations and a couple of repairs.

The new revision should be able to carry out the download tasks more efficiently as the developer announced optimizations for the strategy behind this type of operation. Parsing of the file names was also subject of some improvements.

Another improvement refers to skin functions, although there are no specific details available.

One issue that has been repaired in this revision of the application refers to the modification timestamp of the files, which would not match with the download after pausing the download operation.

The developer announced that other bugs have been quashed but there is no information on their nature or how they affected previous versions of EagleGet.
