EagleGet download accelerator has reached a stable release, after six months of beta testing. Version 1.1 integrates new features that count for increased functionality of the application, overall improvements and repairs.

The new build includes drag-and-drop functionality for rearranging the properties of download tasks and it can integrate into Opera browser automatically. The developer also notes the ability “to notify altered links during downloads.”

As far as improvements are concerned, the new release should integrate better with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera web browsers. Furthermore, the speed and stability of HTTPS connections should be noticeably improved.

Some of the problems addressed in EagleGet 1.1 refer to issues with Chinese characters, occasional lack of response from server as well as a workaround for the IE10 MSKB update.
