Recently, F-Secure released Key, a password manager designed to make storing all your login credentials a cinch especially if you are not an experienced user.
The application is available for Windows, Mac and Android platforms, with an iOS version being currently in the works and expected to emerge soon.
The company touts Key a “personal assistant for all your login needs,” with synchronization capabilities across supported devices.
Although using the product on any supported platform is free of charge, synchronizing the information is available for a monthly (1.69 EUR) or annual (14.50 EUR) subscription through Google.
Among the features of the product, there is search as you type, import/export capabilities, a password generator, the possibility to safe keep personal notes for each entry and a news feed from F-Secure informing of the latest major security incidents.
Security of the data is done through strong encryption algorithms and synchronization is performed through servers owned and managed by F-Secure.
