Fiete is a game for children between 1 to 3 years and, thanks to Microsoft’s Red Stripe Deals campaign, it’s now completely free for the next 6 days.

The game, which comes with funny illustrations, has no ads and includes a collection of 15 different scenes which could develop children’s imagination and help them learn new things.

“Fiete is a beautifully illustrated, interactive picture book for children between 1 to 3 years. The game does not have any written instructions, making it suitable for children of all ages. There are important tasks waiting for the children: sandwiches must be buttered, tires mounted and ships loaded,” the game description published in the store reads.

As you could easily guess, the game was developed to be played on both desktops and tablets, so if you wish, you can also install it on Microsoft’s very own Surface RT.

The original price of the game was $2.49 (€2.10), so if you want to get it free of charge, you’d better hurry up. It’s being offered as a universal app, so if you get it now on your tablet, you can also play it on the Windows Phone without paying for a full license.

Overall, it’s nice to see more such games being offered free of charge to Microsoft users, so just download Fiete for Windows 8.1 while it’s still available at no cost.
