It’s been a while since we heard the talks about a new tab page in Firefox and a new homepage. Well, those days are over since these modifications are finally available in the latest Firefox Aurora.

Besides receiving a new tab page (sports nine slots showing most recent and most accessed pages) and a changed default screen, the highlights of Firefox Aurora 13 also include auto-complete in the address bar.

The redesigned Start Page in Firefox Aurora 13 offers quick access to areas such as Bookmarks, History, Settings, Add-ons, Downloads and Sync options. This is not all, though, as the developer announced that more features are to come.

Auto-complete in the address bar is not a new concept, but for some reason it has just been added to Firefox.

Considering that Firefox Aurora is actually a pre-beta for the stable version of the application, these features are currently at an early stage.
