Gmail Touch has again received an important update on Windows 8, so all users who have already installed this particular Metro app are recommended to open the Store and get the new version.

Unfortunately, the developer behind the project hasn’t provided the release notes of this new build, so it’s hard to spot any difference in the updated version.

Still, the app has most likely received a few bug fixes and performance improvements, which pretty much means that it should be a bit more stable and responsive on every Windows 8 version.

And speaking of Windows 8, Gmail Touch can be basically installed on every Windows 8 flavor currently on the market, so you can use it on both desktop computers and tablets.
