Google rolled out a minor release for the stable version of their web browser. The new build is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux and, besides plugging some security holes, it also features fixes.

The repairs available in Google Chrome 22.0.1229.92 address the issue with Pepper Flash full-screen crash when closing tab or window using keyboard hotkeys.

On Linux, a wide list of crashes has been eliminated. At the root of the problems there was bad interaction of the dynamic menu-building code with libdbusmenu-gtk used by Ubuntu 12.04 for global menu support.

Another significant modification present in this revision is whitelisting “127.0.0.1” and “localhost” for HTTP in extensions’ CSP.

Also important is counting all systems equipped with an AMD driver and Intel GPU PCI ID as AMD switchable.
