Given the fact that Google has just updated its listing, no release notes are available for the time being, but since we're talking about a developer build, expect the app to be a bit unstable, regardless of whether you are running Windows, Linux or Mac OS X.
Of course, some developer tools are also included to help determine the cause of the errors you may encounter, so it's pretty obvious that you can't use this build as your everyday browser.
