14 DAY TRIAL // Google just rolled out what seems to be an urgent update for the stable channel of Chrome browser, as it does away with only one glitch. The fix does not address a security issue but a printing-related problem.
The new build (29.0.1547.62) is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame) and users have already started to receive it. The only issue corrected by the update is with printing from Google Docs applications.
No further information is available about the matter as the bug details are currently locked.
Google Docs has been created as a web-based alternative to Microsoft’s Office suite and allows users to create and share documents (presentations and spreadsheets included). Since its release, it has seen an increasing adoption rate among businesses.
