Google Chrome development team has picked up the pace, as they launch a new build for the Dev channel, two days after the previous one. The fresh release focuses on stability and bug fixes and it is available for all supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame).

Among the most notable entries in the change log is solving a crash that occurred when unpacking an extension. On the same note, the settings page would pop up when accessing the “manage extensions” option in the right-click menu of an extension. This has been fixed in this release.

Another important fix available in Google Chrome Dev 18.0.1025.3, for Linux version this time, refers to the crashing of the utility process after all plugins have been loaded.
