Google’s very own search app for Windows 8 platforms has been updated with Windows RT support, which means that users owning the Surface RT or any other tablet running this particular OS version can now deploy the app too.

The program comprises all the tools you’d ever need to Google something, including the standard search, voice search, image search, Instant Previews mode and search history.

In addition, it features a Search Charm, letting you perform a new Google Search by simply launching the Charms bar.

The YouTube support has also been improved, allowing users to watch videos posted on the popular video sharing platform without leaving the app.

Obviously, the application is available for free and can be found in the Windows Store of any Windows 8 device, be it a tablet, desktop or laptop.
