As I've told you a few hours ago, a new leaked build of the first Windows 8 update has been reportedly sent to partners for testing purposes, only two weeks ahead of the public launch of Windows 8.1 Preview.

Now it appears that this leaked version comes with a fully working Windows Store that allows users to download and install Metro apps on Windows 8.1.

WinBeta.org writes that only a few apps are available for the time being, as Microsoft most likely limited the number of listings available to users, but it's still a sign that we're getting closer to the official launch of the operating system.

As you most likely know by now, Windows 8.1 Preview will be unveiled on June 26 at BUILD, while the stable version is set to go live later this year, most likely in August or September.
