A new screenshot leaked today to show the existing Start Menu, which can be easily accessed by pressing Win+X, as well as the build number of the upcoming update.

As I’ve told you before, Microsoft isn’t planning a kernel update for the upcoming update, but the company is working on several major improvements, including performance optimizations.

Word is that Microsoft is also pondering the return of the Start Menu in Windows 8.1 Update 1, but sources close to the matter explained the Redmond is also planning to wait until Windows 9 to reintroduce the famous feature in its modern operating system.
