The Touch Cover available for the Surface RT is definitely a neat piece of hardware since it’s only 3mm thin, but getting used to it is sometimes a pretty painful task.

TouchTyping is a simple Windows 8 application that can teach you how to type on a Touch Cover at your own pace, while also helping to prevent RSI injury.

In order to make the whole learning process as enjoyable as possible, the app comes with beginner and advanced modes and game-like exercises to help develop better typing skills.

The app obviously works on the ARM version of Windows 8, but it can also be used on the desktop build, regardless of whether it’s x86 or x64. The only downside is that it comes with a price tag of $9.99 (€7.5).
