If you were thinking that deploying Windows 8.1 is quite an easy task, Microsoft actually thinks otherwise and is now willing to provide assistance to all those who are trying to do this on their computers.

The Windows 8.1 Deployment Jump Start, part of the Microsoft Virtual Academy, is a tutorial session that will kick off on March 12 at 9:00 am and will allow users to get in touch with MVP’s and deployment gurus Johan Arwidmark and Mikael Nystrom along with Michael Niehaus and Ben Hunter from the Windows Team.

Basically, Microsoft hopes that this session would help users who are early adopters of Windows 8.1 and might experience issues when trying to deploy the operating system.

“This event is a real-life guide to deploying Windows 8.1, showing practical approaches to deployment learned by working with early adopters of Windows 8.1 that will save you time and effort,” Microsoft explained.

Windows 8.1 Deployment Jump Start will be available free of charge and will come in the form of a recorded session, but a live Q&A with the presenters will also be available just in case you need more information on the Windows 8.1 installation process.

All participants need to register in order to join the session, so this is the right moment if you’d like to learn new things about Windows 8.1 deployment.
