14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just announced the availability of Office 365 in India, after the company previously introduced the same version of the productivity suite in the United States last month.
Office 365 Personal is available in India for Rs 330 ($5.4 /3.9 euro) per month or Rs 3,299 ($54.9 / 39.4 euro) per year and offers support for one installation on a desktop computer (Windows or Mac), one tablet, and as many smartphones as you want.
In the United States, an Office 365 Personal subscription can be yours for $6.99 (€5.05) per month or $69.99 (€50.5) per year, so Indian users can get it at a lower price.
At the same time, consumers who purchase an Office 365 Personal subscription also receive 60 minutes of Skype calling per month and 20 GB of additional OneDrive storage.
“With the extra online storage Office 365 Personal provides with OneDrive you always have your important documents and photos with you. And they're always up to date, whether you create, edit, or share them from your PC, Mac, iPad, Windows tablet, or smartphone,” Microsoft explains on the official Office 365 page.
Office 365 Personal comes with all the usual Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access.
