If you purchased a Surface tablet and you need assistance in fixing a problem experienced with the device, there's now a way to get in touch with Microsoft faster than any time before.

The company has recently launched a new Twitter account that allows customers to ask questions and get quick fixes for their problems, thus making sure that everyone with a Surface tablet can make the most of their device with little effort.

The @SurfaceSupport account is also likely to provide information on new firmware releases and other patches that might be offered for widespread issues affecting Microsoft's tablets, so keep an eye on it if you want to stay up to date with all new releases for the Surface.

As we told you yesterday, Microsoft has kind of neglected Surface users in the last couple of months and no new firmware versions have been released, so those who were experiencing issues with their tablets had no other option than to try various workarounds or solutions found online.

The Surface Pro 3 is Microsoft's most advanced tablet to date, but there are some people who think that a new model, with even more powerful hardware, could be released this year. The Pro 3 comes with a choice of three CPUs ranging between Intel i3 and i7. Storage options go up to 512 GB, while the top model also features 8 GB of RAM.

Pricing isn't quite the best thing about the Surface, as this top version can be yours in the United States for approximately $1,950 (€1,500).
