14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just launched the classic Hover game, previously available in Windows 95, for Windows 8.1 users, thus giving adopters of its latest OS the chance to play it in the Modern UI.
Redmond previously brought the game to the web via Internet Explorer, which was basically a refreshed version of the game playable with Microsoft’s latest browser version.
The new release, on the other hand, offers support for both desktop and tablets, so it’s completely optimized for the touch and can even be played on the Surface RT.
Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide too many details on this release, so users need to discover the features available in Hover for Windows 8.1 all by themselves. Of course, Hover comes free of charge and seems to work like a charm on all Windows 8.1 devices.
