Microsoft unveiled the Surface Pro 3 on May 20, and since then, the company has been using video comparisons with the Apple MacBook to promote the device, emphasizing that this is the right tablet which can replace a laptop.

Many of these promotional videos are actually commercials supposed to put the MacBook in a bad light, and in most of the cases, Microsoft tried to make them more or less amusing for company fans.

The same happens with the video entitled Winter Wonderland, which puts the Surface Pro 3 against the MacBook one more time, again with the goal of highlighting some of the capabilities of the Microsoft tablet.

While it’s hard to say which one is better, the Surface Pro 3 does come with some really advanced hardware specs, including a 12-inch display, several CPU options ranging in between Intel Core i3 and Intel Core i7, up to 8 GB of RAM and a maximum of 512 GB of storage space.

Of course, it also comes with a USB 3.0 port and a kickstand that makes it really easy to use the device as a laptop, even though in essence it’s a tablet just like its predecessors. The price continues to be one of the main drawbacks, as the top-of-the-range Surface Pro 3 is available in the US for $1,950 (1,500 euro).
