Microsoft is reportedly making the final adjustments to the Windows RT version of the Outlook email client, but it appears that the Redmond-based technology company has many more plans when it comes to its tablet-oriented operating system.

The Windows maker has already ported all Office apps to ARM, so it’ll soon launch every single utility included in the productivity suite on Windows RT too, according to a report published by ZDNet.

While there are no details regarding the launch date, it appears that most Office apps available on the market at this time have been compatible with ARM chipsets for a long time, but they only required minor changes.

Now that work has almost been completed, expect to see more Office apps embracing Windows RT very soon, as the company tries to pave the way for Gemini, a major update for the productivity suite scheduled to go live this summer.
