14 DAY TRIAL // Ever since Microsoft announced the new Windows 8.1, the company promoted the operating system as the right choice for basically everyone out there, no matter the way they work on a computer.
A new commercial rolled out today is based on the same motif, with Microsoft saying that accountants can use Windows 8.1 just fine, as it comes with the right tools to tackle various needs.
“Whether it's quickly pulling files off a USB drive or using a full keyboard to edit a Microsoft Office document, Windows 2-in-1 PCs are tablets that work for work,” the description of the new video reads.
Windows 8.1 is currently being offered to Windows 8 users for free via the store, while everyone else needs to pay at least $119.99 (€90) for a license.
Of course, all consumers are recommended to make the switch to 8.1, as it includes options that make the modern platform more familiar, such as a Start button and settings to boot directly to desktop.
