Outlook.com brings a modern take on email, Microsoft says

Microsoft officially rolled out the final version of Outlook.com a couple of weeks ago, and the company promised to release a new marketing blitz specifically aimed at its email platform.

Today, the company unveiled a brand new advertisement that brings Outlook.com’s social features in the spotlight, as Microsoft tries to promote it as a “modern” version of the classic email service.

Outlook.com is indeed an email platform focusing a lot on social networks, as it comes with support for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, allowing users to connect with their friends without leaving the service.
