Microsoft has recently signed a record deal, this time with O1 Properties over its Moscow office in the White Square complex.

Citing insiders, Reuters reports that O1 has agreed to pay no less than $1 billion (€770 million) for the site that measures 76,000 square meters and also hosts accountants PwC and Deloitte.

Microsoft has made no statement on this sale, but it’s believed that this is “one of the five largest single-asset deals across the globe in 2012,” the aforementioned source reports quoting property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle.

"This property will take its justified place among other trophy assets in our portfolio and raise its gross asset value to almost $4 billion," Dmitry Mints, chairman of O1 Properties, was quoted as saying.

It appears that the agreement was signed last year, but it is yet to be confirmed by the involved parties.
