Microsoft continues its nationwide advertising campaign for the upcoming Surface tablet with a gigantic ad displayed in Times Square.

As you probably know by now, the Redmond-based devices and services company will roll out the Surface on October 25, together with the new Windows 8 operating system, during a New York event.

While we’re only two weeks away from the public debut of the device, pricing details remain scarce as Microsoft seems to do an extraordinary job at keeping private information away from us.

According to various reports however, the Surface is very likely to be priced in between $300 (€232) and $800 (€618), with some rumors even pointing out that it could have the same price tag as Apple’s very own iPad.
