Microsoft's recent Surface event held in New York brought us an update for the Surface Pro too, as the company implemented a series of changes supposed to make the device both faster and lighter.

According to statements coming from the Softies, the Surface Pro 2 is faster than 95 percent of the laptops currently on the market, while also providing an enhanced battery life.

Of course, the device is compatible with the latest accessories introduced by Microsoft, including the revamped Touch and Type Covers, but also the new docking station.

At the same time, the Surface Pro 2 is featuring the same dual-angle kickstand that makes it possible to use the device easier, even when sitting on a couch.
