Microsoft has recently announced that OneNote Clipper, its solution that allows you to capture specific regions of an entire website and add them to OneNote notebooks, is getting a bunch of new features that would make the whole process easier and faster.

Version 2.0 of OneNote Clipper comes with options that allow you to choose the notebook that you want the captured content to be saved to, which obviously is very important for better organization of your notes.

At the same time, Clipper 2.0 comes with improved selected content recognition, which means that it automatically detects the element you wanted to capture and removes its surroundings before adding it to the desired notebook.

Microsoft has also announced that Google Chrome users can now install OneNote Clipper as a browser extension, which once again provides enhanced functionality.

For instance, the browser extension allows Clipper to play the role of a traditional screenshot capture application, giving you the option to capture only a specific region of a website and then add it to your OneNote notebooks for further editing or for including it in your own notes.

Clipper can be easily installed on any modern browser out there with just a few clicks, so go over to its official website to get it and start clipping right away. Obviously, OneNote is also required for note management.
