Microsoft keeps improving Windows 8 apps in an attempt to provide adopters with more features and a bug-free experience in the Modern UI.

The Weather tool is the latest app that got improved this morning, but it’s not yet clear whether the company focused on fixing bugs or on the development of new options and settings.

The update is being distributed to Windows 8 and Windows RT right now, so make sure you launch the Store and get it as soon as possible.

“The Weather app, powered by Bing, helps you prepare for the latest conditions with hourly, daily and 10-day forecasts. Designed for Windows, featuring beautiful weather images, the Weather app puts control at your fingertips. Compare weather from multiple providers, check radar maps and view historical weather,” the app description reads.
