Microsoft's How-Old.net website became an Internet sensation overnight, despite the fact that the team of engineers working at the company only wanted 50 testers or so, but since it's so popular these days, the software giant has decided to make it a permanent feature of its search engine.

So starting now, whenever you search for someone's face on Bing, the feature that Microsoft calls #HowOldRobot will show up to determine the age of that person.

“Seeing how much fun people had with #HowOldRobot, a small group of Bing engineers spent the last few days making the robot available in the new Bing Image Search. We’re rolling the feature out over the next week, so when you see the Robot, you can have it analyze any image search result with one click,” Microsoft explains.

The feature is now being rolled out to users across the world, so in case you're not seeing it just yet, try again in a few hours or tomorrow and it should be there.

In the meantime, you can always try the original How-Old.net website and either search the web for people's faces or upload your own photos, or even download and install the official app on your Windows Phone to do the whole thing on a handset, without the need for a website or anything like that. No photos are stored, so your privacy is safe.
