The Redmond-based technology giant has announced earlier today that it would release nine security bulletins next week, two of which are labeled as “critical.”

In addition to critical Windows XP, Vista and 7 updates, Microsoft will also patch every single version of Internet Explorer currently available on the market, starting with the ancient 6 and ending with the newly released 10.

Specifically, Microsoft has found a critical security flaw in Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8 on Windows XP Service Pack, in Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9 on Windows Vista Service Pack 2 and in Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10 on Windows 7.

In addition, the company plans to patch Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 operating system, both 32- and 64-bit builds, but also on Windows RT, the company’s tablet-oriented platform.
