Microsoft has already admitted that it needs to assist Windows 8 users as they explore its new features, but it seems like the company is now trying to make the operating system a bit more familiar.

Word is that the tech giant could introduce a new set of tutorials in Windows Blue, the first Windows 8 upgrade due this summer, in an attempt to bring the main options of the new software in the spotlight.

In addition, the company is working to introduce two new features that would make Windows 8 “less confusing,” including an option to skip the Start Screen and boot directly to desktop in Blue.

The Start Screen is also expected to pack a lot of improvements, such as new customization options and interface tweaks. More info, however, will be provided next month during the BUILD developer conference.
