Among the most significant changes in the current beta release is the removal of support for Latvian and Slovenian localization. The reason for this move is lack of activity.
Modifications regarding the installer refer to making the SSE architecture support a requirement that allows significant performance improvements in the 32-bit version of the application.
As far as INC files go, if there isn’t a specific one for editing them, Rainmeter will associate them with the same app that opens up INI items.
