The fresh version brings to the table a small set of modifications and most of them are fixes. But despite being a minor release, it does add something new.

NoScript 2.6.4.3 includes a couple of surrogate scripts for showing images automatically on some websites.

Repairs are also part of this release. The developer fixed the problem with the whitelist box not being fully selected by pressing Ctrl+A key combination in the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox.

On the same note, the cache API compatibility issue should no longer create problems.

The developer also replaced the surrogate script for a shortening service with a less aggressive and more compatible one. In the new version, the ads are skipped automatically, but the scripts need to be activated.

NoScript allows JavaScript, Java, Flash and other plugins to be executed only by trusted websites of your choice. You can download it from this page.
