With the release of the Chromium-based Opera, the Norwegian developer promised faster updates that would introduce new features and functionality. They kept their word and delivered a new revision for Opera Next channel.

The fresh build (15.0.1147.24) includes fixes for important problems touching especially on the stability of the application. The developer eliminated a crash that would be experienced at startup for some proxy users.

A similar undesired behavior would be experienced when changing the zoom level of a page.

Apart from this, the developer updated Chromium to version 28.0.1500.29 and did away with some glitches affecting the functionality of the browser. Among them is the display of blank entries for some pages in the list with recently closed pages.

The full set of modifications is available on this page.
