Rhapsody has recently landed in the Windows Store, but the parent company moved quickly to release the first set of improvements for the Metro app.

An update is now waiting for your download in the Store and since no change log has been provided, it most likely packs minor enhancements, such as performance and stability optimizations.

Rhapsody continues to work like a charm on all Windows 8 versions still on the market, including the desktop and the tablet-oriented Windows RT.

“With Windows 8 and a Rhapsody music subscription, you can think of a song and play it instantly. Rhapsody is your new music collection complete with entire albums and artist hits spanning the decades,” the official app description published in the Windows Store explains its purpose.
