With Windows 8.1 looming ahead, more and more third-party start buttons have received compatibility updates for the operating system. The latest on the list is Start Menu Reviver, which reached build 1.0.0.1612, currently in beta.

The developer did not announce any modifications for this build, but informs that the new revision is compatible with the upcoming version of Windows operating system.

ReviverSoft also made known to us the fact that the stable revision of the application is to be expected in the following week.

Start Menu Reviver (free of charge) is designed with the Windows 8’s modern tile-based interface in mind and apart from offering users quick access to important sections of the system it also enables them to customize the start menu. A review for an earlier revision of the application is available here.
