Microsoft’s CEO, Steve Ballmer, the man who’s slowly destroying the Redmond empire according to many voices online, has turned 57 the same day when Windows Blue, the upcoming upgrade of Windows 8, leaked online.

While we don’t know what Ballmer has to say about this early Windows Blue build that reached the web, it’s worth mentioning that he joined Microsoft on June 11, 1980, becoming the 30th employee in the history of the company.

As a result, it’s no wonder why Bill Gates, the famous founder of Microsoft, offers his full support to Ballmer, despite the fact that the recent products launched by the company are selling below expectations.

Steve Ballmer, on the other hand, is very likely to remain Microsoft’s CEO until 2017 or 2018, even though it’s not clear whether there’s someone within the company that could take over his position.

Steven Sinofsky, the man in charge with the Windows division until a few months ago, has always been considered the future Microsoft CEO, but he resigned due to what seemed to be internal dissensions with Ballmer.
