Less than one month after its launch, Temple Run: Brave officially became the top paid game in the Windows Store, while Angry Birds Star Wars dropped to the second position.

Even though it costs $1.49 (€1.10) and no trial version is available, Temple Run: Brave is already experiencing a surprising success, overtaking very popular apps, such as Bejeweled Live, Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja.

As you most likely know, Temple Run can be installed on both Windows 8 and Windows RT, as it offers a completely optimized for the touch GUI that makes it perfect for Surface RT tablets.

“Join Merida from Disney/Pixar Brave as you run, slide, jump, turn and shoot your way across the wilds of Scotland on an endless running adventure!” the app description reads.
