There are many ways to bring the classic Start Menu back on Windows 8 and the developers over at Stardock have created their very own app in this regard.

While the app is undoubtedly helpful for all users who can’t get used to the new Start Screen, the video rolled out by Stardock today and showing their tool in action seems to reveal a completely new face of the operating system.

The Start Screen is clearly a great addition to Windows, especially for those planning to use it on a touch-capable device, but a Start Menu seems to clearly improve the workflow of all those still relying on a mouse and a keyboard.

As a matter of fact, not only does Start8 bring the Start Menu back, but it also lets you jump over the Start Screen and boot directly to the Windows 8 desktop. Download Stardock’s Start8 from Softpedia
