Fixes mostly visual issues, but some functionality fixes are also available

The latest build of Total Commander packs fixes for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms. The list of modifications refers mostly to visual improvements rather than functionality repairs, which is a sign that the app is heading towards a final version - fast.

Total Commander 8.0 beta 13 takes care of aspects such as preserving column widths when changing the screen resolution with TC in minimized mode, making sample icons visible under the configuration panel or showing virtual drives available in the breadcrumbs bar.

Additional fixes address the background copying process (F5-F2), which now shows the warning dialog when appending a file to another as child of the main form, so it's not hidden behind it.

Some functions would not work with some languages such as "Select all" for selecting text in edit boxes on some Asian windows versions; on the same note, dialogs were mirrored on Hebrew or Arabic windows even when using English language.
